Nose Filler Injection Video

Non-Surgical Nose Job With Filler Video

My dear friend Dr.Serkan Zengin, who had previously undergone nose surgery several times in different clinics, and where asymmetrical areas appeared. We injected to nose filler that contained cross linked HA on asymmetrical areas.

About dermal filler materials containing hyaluronic acid (HA)

These filler materials can be used for volumizing, shaping and removing wrinkles for the face and nose. These materials, which have been in medical use for more than 60 years, are more reliable and older than other filler materials. It is generally metabolized to collagen for up to 1 year. The risk of allergic reaction and tissue reaction is lower in semi-permanent and permanent filler materials. The risk of complications is very low, especially when products with CE certification and produced in quality laboratories are used and injected appropriately and correctly.

Nasal camouflage with filler materials containing hyaluronic acid

Dermal filler materials containing hyaluronic acid can be used to remove these asymmetrical areas in patients who have previously undergone rhinoplasty or who have various asymmetric areas in the nose due to traumatic reasons. As seen in the video above, after applying creams containing local anesthetics on the nose, after a few injections lasting only a few minutes, a change in the shape of the nose appears as if it were a photoshop application. Since dermal filler materials containing hyaluronic acid hold 1000 times more water molecules than their molecular weight, they cause a natural edema. In this way, it is useful to remove the areas that appear as sunken or pitted and to reduce the sharp-edged asymmetric shadows when taking pictures.

The duration of action is not very long in nose lift operations with filler materials containing hyaluronic acid!

Fillers containing hyaluronic acid can be metabolized faster in the moving and bloody nasal areas. For example, our nose tip moves every time we laugh, change clothes, eat food. When pressure is applied to the area injected with the filler in the form of regular massage, metabolism and melting rate may increase. Being in contact with heat (such as staying in the sun for a long time, staying for a long time in the sauna or hammam) can accelerate the melting of the filler by rapid metabolization. Unlike the nasal root and supratip area, where normally only the filler effect is sufficient, the gel-shaped materials at the tip of the nose that contain hyaluronic acid are transformed into collagen and liquid, and the mechanical driving force effect decreases, and sagging at the tip of the nose may appear again in a few months.

Problems in dermal filler injection in patients who have undergone revision rhinoplasty operation!

In patients who have had repetitive nose surgeries, dermal filler injection may not be performed comfortably due to the presence of healing tissues in the subcutaneous tissue, scars, suture reactions, cartilage grafts, as well as variations in the homogeneous thickness of the skin. If we want to write what is written here more clearly, it will not be possible to make the skin and subcutaneous tissue a flat surface in a patient who has collapsed due to skin scarring or subcutaneous healing suture reactions, only with filler injection. Although some of our patients think that the areas with collapsed nose wings can be corrected with the injection of filler, there is not enough space for injection in the subcutaneous sting of the nasal wings in the lateral region. Especially in patients who have undergone revision rhinoplasty operation, during bezan filler injection, the injector may break due to pressure and sufficient amount of filler material may not be injected. In patients with excessive scarring and fibrotic areas under the skin, injecting the filler injection with pressure and with an abnormal force should be avoided.

Things to consider during the filler injection!

Before injecting filler into the nose, the patient should be questioned whether a similar procedure has been performed before, and if so, which brand of filler is used. It is appropriate not to perform the procedure in patients who have previously had an allergic reaction or who have had circulatory disorders after filler injection to the nose.

Proper injection technique is very important. An excessive amount of filler should not be injected into the tip of the nose. Apart from this, it is important to avoid injection to the lateral walls of the nose, the outer lower part of the nose wings, close to the eyes. If sharp-edged white borders appear on the skin during the incision, the procedure should be terminated (for the risk of circulatory collapse). During injection, the plunger of the syringe should be pulled back to check whether the needle tip is in the vein.

High-quality, CE-certified filler materials that have not expired should be preferred. Products that are produced in quality laboratories, have CE certificate and have the expiry date written on the injector should be preferred. If you wish, you can ask your doctor for the product catalog in the package containing the sterile packed filler needle.

Filler injection into the vascular passage areas on the nose should be avoided. In patients who have recently had a filler injection into the nose and have increased fine capillary vessels in the nasal ejection area, a decrease in circulation due to the local compression of the filler material due to the mass effect should be considered and the injection should be postponed.

It is ideal not to use products that are produced especially in the Far East and that are sold in a single large bottle for multiple uses, with more affordable prices. Indeed, very cheap filler materials are sold in the market.

During the procedure, instead of injecting large amounts of filler; It is ideal to make injections divided into several sessions. I usually plan filler injections for my patients, in the form of two or three injections, with a 7-day interval between them. Injecting little by little is beneficial both in terms of increasing patient satisfaction and reducing risks. Injection of the filler material in the entire injector at once may cause local circulatory disorders and patients may request a dissolving Hyaluronidase enzyme injection since the aspiration of the material is not tin after injection. I prefer injections in divided doses to reduce the risk of unnecessary allergic reactions and circulatory problems.

Do not think of the nose shaping process with filler as a classical rhinoplasty!

Non surgical nose job with filler is a temporary application that provides a limited amount of shape change in the nose. Repeated injections can make the result of the procedure permanent. The result of the classical rhinoplasty operation is permanent and bone-cartilage tissues and subcutaneous tissue can be shaped during the procedure. During the liquid nose aesthetic procedure, that is, the nose shaping performed with the filler injection, the volume increase in the subcutaneous tissue is achieved only with the volumizing effect of the filler.

Permanent nasal filler materials can cause different immune and tissue reactions!

Although filler materials containing hyaluronic acid are reliable; some patients prefer various filler materials that are permanent, not absorbed or metabolized in the body, due to the demand for a single and permanent injection. Regarding this, you may need to know that various reactions may occur even in the late period, which cannot be treated, and may cause permanent skin and subcutaneous tissue damage.
