Does Bruise Occur After Nose Tip Plasty + Removal of The Nasal Hump Operation?
As seen in the photograph above, although very limited operations are performed on the nasal hump and nose tip; there can be considerable effects on the post-processing image.
I would like to summarize the following information about the nose arch scraping process:
➤ When the nose arch is being rubbed, there is no limit to the reduction of the nasal hump. As long as your nosebone allows, the belt can be rubbed. That is, if the bone thickness is not sufficient in the "nose frame" which is the foremost part of your nosebone, opening of the roof may occur even if the bone is reduced by 2 mm. As long as the nose frame is not open, the nose belt can continue to be tapered. That is, the nasal bone can be made only in accordance with the thickness of the nasal bone without rupturing the nasal bone.
➤ The nose tip plasty + nasal hump reduction operation can actually be used to mean nasal surgery without breaking. Even if the nasal bone is not broken, removing the skin on the nasal bone by disrupting it, even if it is limited to the nasal bone, may cause blood to leak under the skin and swelling and bruise may appear after the procedure. Since the procedure is limited, the amount of bruise and swelling that occurs after a nasal aesthetic surgery is much less than the bruise and swelling that arise after a conventional nasal aesthetic surgery. In addition, the duration of recovery is much shorter than that of conventional nasal aesthetic surgery.
When skin color is light and skin thickness is thin, the bruise that can occur after surgery may be higher when too much rubbing is seen after the nasal hump removal (it is possible that the more bruises can be seen under the skin and the more blood can be seen easily 😊).
Below is a photograph of the nose before and 7 weeks after surgery of the patient who underwent surgery of rhinoplasty without breaking the bone (nose tip plasty + nasal hump removal operation):
Patients who do not have too much nasal hump or do not want too much change in their nose shape are often subjected to limited nsal hump removal + nose tip aesthetic procedures instead of nasal lift or nose augmentation surgery alone.

➤ As the nose hump is reduced, the nose begins to look flattened from the front. That is, if a single-sided, front-to-back crease screen is performed, the nose may begin to appear more flattened. The nose roots of the East Asian facial females are flattened and may go towards this image if they are overturned from the front
➤ The nose arch can be rubbed off with a closed technique and open technique. The choice of an open technique, access to excellent anatomical detachment, nose surgery, metal instruments used for the arch frame do not affect the cartilage of the supratip region below the nasal bridge and the tip of the nose, and it is not easy to shape these cartilages with the bisturia.
Apart from these, I would like to share a few details about the bruise and swelling that occur after the nose tip plasty + nasal hump removal surgery:
