My patient who came from Canada for revision nose aesthetic surgery, and silicone implant removal in Istanbul. It was a different experience for me. Normally, as the anatomy changes, surgery becomes more difficult. Thick skin characteristics, anatomical changes due to revision nasal surgery, and additionally the removal of an artificial industrial tissue inserted into the nose made it a difficult operation in general. There was a natural nose that felt right at us. We did not use a nasal tampon and the photograph was from the day before (postoperative 6th day). We have placed cartilage grafts in different areas of the tip of the nose and there is no sagging at the tip of the nose while laughing. 3D-generated nasal silicone implants are used, especially in the far east and in patients planning augmentation rhinoplasty. I don't prefer it because of the high risk of tissue reaction. She is returning to his country one week after the surgery. Thank you to my patient for her present and her beautiful letter.
