Second Revision Nose Aesthetic Surgery For Male
We performed another revision rhinoplasty surgery. We performed revision rhinoplasty for the patient, who had previously undergone an operation from a different country, in order to eliminate the problems in the nose in terms of aesthetics and functionality. In the video above and in the images below, you can find the images of the patient before and after revision rhinoplasty.
It was aimed to eliminate the following problems found in the patient:
- overprojected nose tip. The distance between the tip of the nose and the face is longer than normal (slightly pinocchio-like)
- alar collapse (more pronounced on the right side)
- retracted columella (previously done lip lifting in another clinic and scar tissue is also seen in this area)
We performed a revision rhinoplasty operation in order to eliminate these problems by using shell cartilages.
While the photo was taken, the nose was slightly edematous, a slightly thinner nose can be expected when the recovery is complete. I hope our patient lives happily with his new nose for life.
