Secondary Revision Nose Job For Male Patient

I wanted to share a different nose aesthetic operation again. Actually in this operation, minimal surgical trauma is aimed. Operation is terminated with one sided (left) external osteotomy (bone cutting) and again unilateral (right) spreader grafting, columellar strut graft and cap grafting. In the pre-operative examination of the patient, it was observed that the nose was concave in the right supratip area and the left wall of the nasal bone was outward (convexity). While the right supratip area is plumped at the same time; the left nasal wall was moved inward.

While there was a wide angle C-shaped reflection before the operation; It is seen that the light reflection of the nasal back is in the midline after the operation. In this patient, asymmetric swelling and temporary asymmetric appearance may occur during the recovery period (it is natural that edema is also asymmetric after asymmetric surgical trauma).

In revision rhinoplasty operations, keeping the surgical trauma as limited as possible decreases the possibility of complications; and cries that the recovery is faster and the patients have a more comfortable postoperative period. It is important to plan personal and nose-specific surgical techniques.
