We performed an open technique septorhinoplasty operation on a male patient with a droopy nasal tip, prominent nasal arch, severe nasal septum deviation and thick skin features. Below you can find the photos and videos of the patient taken before the operation, immediately after the operation and 1 week after. Before the operation, the light reflection on the dorsum of the nose was slightly to the left, after rhinoplasty it is seen that the light reflection is in the midline.

Three Days After Rhinoplasty!

Just 3 days after the rhinoplasty operation, this is how! Edema around the nose and eyes is remarkable, there is a band on the tip of the nose, antibiotic pomade and a clotted area waiting to be cleaned. It is not necessary to use the tape on the stall after the 3rd day, but the bandage and external thermoplastic splint on the nose should remain.

One Week After Rhinoplasty

One week later, the patient's bandages on the nose and silicone splints in the nose were removed. It was observed that the color change in the form of a little greening around the eyes continued and the nose was still edematous. Below are the photos taken in the first week after rhinoplasty. After cleaning the nose, bandaging was applied on the nose again.

Two Weeks After Rhinoplasty

In the control examination performed 2 weeks after the rhinoplasty operation of the patient, it is seen that the bruise around the eye has completely disappeared and the incision scar in the columella has almost been healed with a slight difference. Edema is still evident on the nasal back and tip of the nose.

Six Weeks After Rhinoplasty

Six weeks after the rhinoplasty operation, it is seen that the edema around the nose and nose has decreased significantly and the nose shape is more natural and compatible with the face.
