In male rhinoplasty operations, instead of a curved nose structure as in women's noses, it is aimed to obtain a nose shape with a flattened nose and a non-raised nose. Our patient, whom I shared with you on this page, had a thick skinned, arched nose structure. We performed open techniue rhinoplasty operation for the patient and upon the request of our patient, it was aimed to make the nasal arch clear, albeit millimetrically. Since the nasal belt appearance in general gives the impression of a charismatic and strong man, some of our patients want even more nasal arch images than they appear here. In rhinoplasty, which is a personalized operation, surgical technique is planned according to the face, skin, cartilage and bone structure of the patients. Within the scope of natural nose aesthetics, it is aimed to optimize the nose functionally and aesthetically.

Self-absorbable stitches are seen on the nose, fixing the small camouflage grafts. During the procedure, the microtunnel was opened on each side to cut the nasal bones (osteotomy) in order to prick the nasal bone.
