We tried to obtain a beautiful and functional nose with a limited amount of surgical trauma in a male patient who had previously undergone septoplasty operation in another clinic and who had sagging and spreading at the tip of the nose after the operation.

Correcting a Drooping Nasal Tip - Camouflage of Nose Hump

The following procedures were applied to the patient, respectively:

Inverted W incision is made and nose tip skin is dissected as bilevel.
Underskin tissue that taken from nose tip (green arrow)
Nose root (radix) filler with underskin tissue (blue arrow)
Nose tip lifted up with cartilage grafts that taken from nasl septum and alar domes techniques (yellow arrow)

Filling the nasal root with the subcutaneous tissue of the patient provided a natural camouflage of the nasal arch. Again, directing the tip of the nose forward and upward provides camouflage of the nasal arch; It enabled the nasal valve angle to increase, the treatment of sagging at the tip of the nose while laughing and the removal of the bored nasal tip when viewed from the front.

After the procedure performed here, only simple tape was applied on the nose and external nasal splint was not used, since the nasal bone was not broken (and not filed).

In nasal operations performed in this way, the recovery rate is much faster than classical rhinoplasty operations, since the surgery and trauma are very low.
