✨ One Year Post-Op: Droopy Nose Job Transformation ✨

I'm sharing with you another patient we've performed rhinoplasty on. A year ago, she presented to our clinic complaining of a drooping and asymmetrical nasal tip. We performed a micromotor-assisted rhinoplasty on our patient. Photographs taken at her follow-up examination a year later demonstrate a highly successful outcome. From the side, the lower jaw appears asymmetrical and protruding before the procedure, but after the rhinoplasty, the lower jaw appears more recessed and proportionate. Similarly, in frontal photographs, the nose appears shorter. Our patient also complained of the tip of her nose widening downward and laterally when smiling. After the procedure, the tip of her nose appears more stable and does not droop when smiling.I'm sharing with you another patient we've performed rhinoplasty on. As seen in the image above, the patient's nose tip projection was lower than normal (under-projected nose) and the nose tip projection was increased to normal.
This way, the nasal tip was moved forward, making the nasal hump less visible.
The retracted ala was also corrected, and the nasal wing was directed downward.

In the image above, it can be seen that the patient with under projected nose, droopy nose tip, and retracted ala, hanging columella was treated for all of these issues after rhinoplasty.

While it may seem unrelated, when viewed from the side, you can see the upper lip moving slightly upward and outward. With the treatment of a drooping nasal tip, the upper lip moves in a similar way along with the tip of the nose. While only rhinoplasty is performed, it can make all facial features appear more proportionate and beautiful. A micromotor was used for nasal bridge reduction, and an ultrasonic device was used for bilateral nasal bone incisions. The open technique was preferred.
