Camouflage Method in Nose Aesthetic Surgery With Mixture of Cartilage Powder and Fresh Blood

Camouflaging Technique In Rhinoplasty With Natural Tissues

Camouflage method with mixture of cartilage powder and blood

During nasal surgery, cartilage paste can be prepared using the patient's own nasal cartilage and his own blood to fill the subcutaneous cartilage, fill the nasal cartilage bottoms, and fill the areas on the nose. Likewise, the mixture can be prepared in the form of powdering the cartilage (cartilage tobacco + fresh blood) by spinning the cartilage while holding the side of the knee.

An old technique, cartilaginous tissue crushing and packing and placed on the back of the nose, after the cartilage cells die, over time the nasal collapse or asymmetric areas can occur.

Preparing of cartilage paste (Cartilage mud - Cartilage powder)

I would like to summarize the structures made on video in order:

• Cartilage is seen from the nasal bridge and curved cartilage areas in the nose septum
• The first planet with this cartilage is cut with a fine scalpel to divide into smaller pieces
• The patient is taking fresh blood from a separate vein area that has not been delivered
• After the blood is dripped into the cartilage mixture, the cartilage + blood paste starts forming to form smaller cartilage fragments with a larger bisturia
• Fresh cartilage is added to the mixture while the cartilages are being made into small pieces with the bisturium
• Finally, a very small piece of cartilage fragments and a clot-forming mixture (cartilage paste) is prepared
• At the end of the nasal aesthetic surgery, this cartilage paste is prepared under the skin. After the skin is laid back, it spreads on the putty skin with the help of the index finger and thumb.
• Lastly, put a frosted gauze or direct ice bucket on the back of your nose and the nose stitches are discarded and the process is terminated

This procedure can be used for:

• Nasal surgery
• Revision rhinoplasty operation
• Nose hump removal surgery
• Nasal aesthetic surgery
• Nonsurgical surgery
Sometimes in patients with empty nose syndrome, this mixture can be placed in the rest of the nose pieces (a little tricky). Apart from this, patients with asymmetry on the back can use this natural filling mixture to make the nose more symmetrical without breaking the nasal bone.

In the video of nasal aesthetics, the cartilage paste was laid under the skin again, following the break.

What is described here is actually a mixture that can be used as a natural filling material prepared from the patient's own body without an industrial product. Usually, this paste hardens and becomes permanent in a few weeks. When this mixture is well prepared, it can provide a more effective camouflage effect underneath the nose skin than the insertion of artificial membranes and fascia.

Camouflaging in rhinoplasty involves skillfully manipulating the nasal structures to create an aesthetically pleasing outcome while minimizing the appearance of surgical alterations. Unlike traditional rhinoplasty approaches that may result in noticeable changes, camouflaging aims to preserve the natural contours of the nose, making it challenging for observers to discern whether a surgical intervention has occurred.

Camouflaging techniques prioritize the preservation of the nasal structure, maintaining the inherent characteristics that make each individual's nose unique. By making subtle adjustments and avoiding overcorrection, surgeons can create results that enhance the overall facial harmony without drawing attention to the fact that a surgical procedure has taken place.

Camouflaging often involves the strategic use of grafts and implants to augment specific areas of the nose. This may include cartilage grafts to refine contours or structural grafts to address issues like nasal asymmetry. These additions are carefully integrated to complement the existing nasal features, ensuring a natural and harmonious outcome.

In some cases, non-surgical camouflaging techniques are employed to achieve desired results without resorting to surgery. This may include the use of dermal fillers or injectables to address minor imperfections, enhancing the nose's appearance without the need for invasive procedures.

Camouflaging techniques in rhinoplasty represent a sophisticated and nuanced approach to nasal enhancement. By prioritizing natural-looking outcomes, these techniques showcase the evolving artistry within the field of cosmetic surgery. Patients seeking rhinoplasty are increasingly drawn to these methods, appreciating the subtlety and finesse involved in achieving results that seamlessly integrate with their unique facial features. As the field continues to advance, the art of camouflaging in rhinoplasty stands as a testament to the delicate balance between science and aesthetics in the pursuit of facial harmony.
