Nose Job Without Hump Removal
Nose aesthetics operations are performed individually. The facial structure of each person is different from the nose structure and all nasal surgery operations can be different. It is possible to narrow the nasal bones with planned osteotomies without nasal arches. Patients with broad facial structure can have a wide eye structure and patients with a large eye structure, but patients with a wide arch cannot be used to narrow the bones without touching the nasal arch and to the nose tip. In patients with large facial structures, belt nail may appear to be simpler than the anterior aspect and belt resembling the East Asian facial structure characteristics. In fact, the nose arch is quite important in people with large facial structure. You can see that the natural light line on the belt of the patient in the photograph is reflected. There are no incisions other than the incision area at the nasal tip, and usually there are regularly creams containing antibiotics on the tip of the nose, and if there is any cleaning, a scar that is not visible can be seen within a few weeks.
In classical arch nose rhinoplasty operations, the nasal arch is opened and the nasal roof is opened. In this way, both the belt is taken and the nasal bone is narrowed (roughly the large triangle becomes a small triangle). In the patient I shared with you, the nasal bone was narrowed by the bone breaking processes without opening the roof.
