In classical arch nose rhinoplasty operations, the nasal arch is opened and the nasal roof is opened. In this way, both the belt is taken and the nasal bone is narrowed (roughly the large triangle becomes a small triangle). In the patient I shared with you, the nasal bone was narrowed by the bone breaking processes without opening the roof.
