As long as I have time, I continue to share images before and after the male rhinoplasty operation. We performed a rhinoplasty operation on a male patient with thick skin and asymmetrical nasal features.The distance between the nose tip and the face (nose type projection) was reduced, the nasal tip was moved forward and slightly upward, nasal hum reduction was performed, transverse alar base resection, two sided osteotomy was performed. It has thick skinned features and cartilage support tissue was preserved as much as possible.
Septoplasty operation was also performed during the procedure for the treatment of nasal septum deviation. Nose bandage was applied and the operation was terminated by placing an internal silicone splint in the nose.
