Twisted Nose Aesthetic in Male Patient
We performed open technique septorhinoplasty operation on a male patient who developed nasal septum deviation and twisted nasal deformity after childhood nasal trauma. When viewed from below and from the front, aismetric light reflections on the right and left nasal wing and nasal bone are visible. Suture materials visible on the nose are basket stitches that fix the cartilage parts placed under the skin for postoperative publicphage. During the septoplasty operation performed to correct the nasal septum deviation that obstructs the air passage in the nose of the patient, the cartilage grafts obtained were used to reshape the nose. After Crooked nose aesthetic operations, some of the previous asymmetric light reflections may reappear due to cartilage and bone memory. Keep in mind that the rhinoplasty operation is a process that includes living tissue variability (unlike a simple photo simulation), and the recovery characteristics of the patient may affect the outcome of the surgery.
In the video above and in the images below, you can see the photos before and after the nose job.
