Rhinoplasty Without Bone Broken in Istanbul

Nasal septum deviation, turbinate hypertrophy, drooping nasal tip, and a limited nasal hump were detected in the examination of our patient, who had a history of nasal trauma and presented to us with nasal deformity and nasal obstruction. We planned a rhinoplasty operation without bone fracture, as the patient did not want the nasal bone fracture and demanded a limited amount of shape change. Septoplasty and radiofrequency and turbinate reduction procedures were also performed. The support tissue was increased with cartilage grafts at the tip of the nose in order to eliminate the sore appearance at the tip of the nose. Alar cartilages were reshaped and a cap graft was placed at the nasal tip. After the limited amount of hump reduction applied to the patient, the nasal arch was made very less visible. During the operation performed here, it may not be possible to completely reduce the nasal arch, this situation is within the knowledge of our patient and a limited amount of bone structure change is aimed.
