Secondary Revision Nose Job - Before and After Video

We performed the second aesthetic nose surgery on the patient who had thick skin features and had previously undergone rhinoplasty operation. The following procedures were performed during the revision rhinoplasty operation performed on the patient who had complaints such as sagging at the tip of the nose and spreading while laughing, and an asymmetrical appearance at the tip of the nose:

- limited amount of hump reduction

- reconstruction of nasal cartilage support tissue

- alar dom suture techniques

- cap graft placement at the tip of the nose

Placement of camouflage grafts under the skin in the sunken areas at the tip of the nose

Below you can find the photos of the patient taken before and immediately after surgery. In the postoperative photographs of the patient, especially the nasal tip is seen with edema due to the local anesthetic injection and surgical dissection.
