We performed an open technique rhinoplasty operation on a female patient with a large and arched nose structure. We also performed nasal valve surgery on the patient who complained of collapse and nasal congestion while breathing in the nasal wings. Various cartilage grafts were placed in the area of the nose wings of the patient and supported. At the same time, it was aimed to obtain a functional and aesthetic result. A few sewing threads that can spontaneously dissolve in the body, seen at the nasal tip of the patient, fix the camouflage grafts under the skin.

In the video above, videos and photos taken 1 week after the operation and 1 month after the operation are seen. According to the post-operative images of the patient, a highly edematous nose is seen in the first week, while it is seen that the edema gradually decreases in the images 1 month later.
