We Performed Natural Male Rhinoplasty Operation

Nose Job For Men in Istanbul

We performed a natural rhinoplasty operation on a male patient with a drooping nasal tip, prominent nasal hump and asymmetrical nasal features. You can see the patient's pre and post-operative images below.

Things done to the patient during the rhinoplasty operation:

- nasal hump reduction
- nasal tip lifting and nasal tip reducing
- dom stitche to alar cartilages
- alar cartilage overlapping technique
- alar cephalic resection
- columellar strut graft
- cap graft to the tip of the nose
- bilateral osteotomy of the nasal bone (low to high)
- asymmetrical thick bilateral spreader graft

It is seen that the asymmetrical light reflections on the nasal back of the patient have improved before and after the aesthetic nose surgery. Sutures that can spontaneously dissolve in the body fix the camouflage grafts at the tip of the nose.
