Rhinoplasty Operation Without Breaking The Bone in Men 

We performed nasal tip aesthetics and limited hump reduction operations on a male patient with a drooping nasal tip, thick skin structure and a less pronounced nasal arch. Bone fracture (osteotomy) was not applied to the nasal bone during the procedure. As a limited amount of surgical trauma was aimed, it was aimed to obtain a more functional and more aesthetic nose instead of perfection. At the same time, septplasty operation and radiofrequency and turbinate reduction operations were also performed. You can find the pre-operative and post-operative photos of the patient below. In the post-operative images of the patient, it is seen that the nasal volume is still slightly excessive. Since there is much less surgical trauma compared to the classical rhinoplasty operation, the recovery time is much shorter and the amount of swelling expected after the operation is much less.

Average operation time is between 60-80 minutes (classical rhinoplasty operation is about 3 hours).
