Male Nose Job Turkey
We performed septorhinoplasty operation on a male patient with thick skin structure and asymmetrical nose features. This operation was performed to treat the following problems that were apparent before the operation:
- wide and drooping nose tip
nasal congestion while breathing (due to both drooping nasal tip and nasal septum deviation)
- Having a long and wide nose when viewed from the front
- sagging at the tip of the nose when laughing
During the open technique nose job operation performed on the patient, the cartilage support tissue of the nasal tip was reconstructed, the nasal wings were supported with grafts obtained from the septum cartilage, the septum deviation was treated by narrowing the airway in the nose (with septoplasty operation), and a very limited amount of reduction was applied to the nasal arch. Due to the drooping nasal tip of the patient, it seems as if there is a prominent nasal arch when viewed from the side. After the nose tip was straightened, it was observed that the nasal arch was directly camouflaged.

Three Weeks After The Rhinoplasty
As seen in the video above and the photos below, the nose is still edematous in the 3rd week, but it is quite natural and compatible with the face compared to its pre-operative condition.
