Natural Nose Aesthetic For Women With Treatment of Alar Collapse

We performed open technique rhinoplasty and nasal valve surgery operations on a female patient with complaints of sagging and spreading while laughing at the tip of the nose, collapse of the nasal wings while breathing rapidly from the nose.

The patient is particularly concerned about the natural appearance. As can be seen in the video above and in the visuals below, it was aimed to obtain a picture that was as natural as possible and without any obvious operation. A triangular appearance and an increase in the nasal valve angle were achieved with  the cartilage grafts placed on the nasal wings, with a slight upward and anterior orientation at the tip of the nose.
