Rhinoplasty Operation Including Limited Amount Reduction of Nasal Hump Using Micro-Motor System

We performed a septorhinoplasty operation for an asymmetrical nose with a thick skin structure. As seen in the photographs and videos, due to the large nasal bone and ethnic characteristics of the patient, a limited amount of nasal hump reduction was performed and the micromotor system was used during this procedure. Edema at the nasal root and tip of the nose is seen. The alar base resection was not performed to narrow the nostrils due to the wide face of the patient and trying to obtain a natural nose shape. When the nose is viewed from above, it is seen that the nasal bone and the tip of the nose are deviated to the right, and the nose is completely reflected in the midline after the operation. Sutures at the tip of the nose are spontaneously dissolving in the body.
