In the video above and in the photos below, the curved nasal deformity due to nasal trauma in childhood and the nasal shape of the patient after rhinoplasty operation can be seen. We performed open technique rhinoplasty operation to the patient, we performed septoplasty operation for the treatment of nasal septum deviation, which severely narrowed the airways in the nose, and also performed turbinate reduction operation with radiofrequency for severe left-sided turbinate hypertrophy. We can use different cartilage grafts in order to increase the nasal cartilage support tissue in patients with thick-skinned nasal features and very thick skin structure. In the patient you see here, we preferred to use cap graft, columellar strut graft, lateral alar graft, especially at the tip of the nose.

In this patient, we used the micromotor system in bone shaping. After the operation, we removed all bone roughnesses of the patient with a micromotor.
