Rhinoplasty Without Breaking The Bone
In patients who do not want too much anatomical changes in the nose, we can perform operations in which the procedure can be terminated (with a limited amount of shape change) without processing the nasal bone.
The following procedures were performed for the patient seen in the video above:
- turbinate reduction with radiofrequency for the treatment of turbinate hypertrophy
- septoplasty operation for the treatment of nasal sepum deviation
- nose tip plasty and nasal tip lifting for the treatment of the drooping nasal tip (various cartilage grafts were placed on the nose wings and columella and the nasal tip was increased, especially the cartilage support, and the nasal tip moved forward)
- Shaving and smoothing the asymmetrical hump areas in the nasal bone with the help of a micromotor system
- dupporting the nasal valve regions with cartilage grafts
- supporting upper lateral cartilages with external spreader graft and internal spreader graft
All of the above surgical procedures are especially functional and aesthetic procedures that can be possible simultaneously. When viewed from above, I would like to say that the left wall of the nasal bone is especially on the outside and it is not possible to correct it without breaking or cutting the nasal bone. Although it is not perfect, a more beautiful nose has emerged :)
