Natural Nose Aesthetics For Men

We performed an open technique rhinoplasty operation on a male patient with crooked and scoliotic nasal features. The surgery we performed on our patient was primary rhinoplasty and the patient's own nasal cartilages were used to restructure his nose. What is understood in the preoperative examination of the patient:

- external collapse of the right nasal wing

- caudal septum dislocation

- severe right nasal septum deviation

- asymmetry in the nostrils

- pronounced nasal hump

- flat nose root

- features of thick skin structure

We performed micromotor assisted open technique septorhinoplasty to the patient. After the operation, the patient's analoabial angle was widened as limited as possible. The nasal tip support was restructured with the tongue-in-groove technique. Alar dome stitching technique and alar cartilage medial crus overlapping techniques were used.
