Total processing time was around 5 minutes. In the rightmost image showing the post-procedure, it can be seen that the shape of both nostrils has become very close to each other.

The patient seen in the photo on the side had previously undergone surgery at a different clinic 3 times and complained of asymmetry in the nostrils, especially after the lip lifting procedure. We planned to have the patient remove more tissue from the right nostril and remove more tissue from the left. Alar base resection sites were marked with a skin marker pen. After the procedure, it was seen that the nostrils became almost the same shape as each other. Self-absorbable suture materials were used in the patient. After the procedure, it was recommended to use nostril retaniner to ensure symmetrical healing in the nostrils.  Scar tissues due to previous incision areas are seen on the patient's columella and at the junction of the upper lip and columella.
