Nose Tip Aesthetic Surgery For Female Patient

We performed open technique nasal tip aesthetic operation on a female patient with sagging nose and thick skin features. At the same time, we performed septoplasty operation and radiofrequency ie turbinate reduction for the patient who also complained of nasal obstruction due to nasal septum deviation and turbinate hypertrophy. The cartilages excised from the cartilage areas in the patient's nasal septum narrowing the airway were used to shape the nasal tip. The stitches in the columella and under the skin, as you see in the video, are all self-melting. Generally, within a few weeks, the incision area in the columella becomes invisible. Edema occurs in the nasal tip area, which is usually evident for a few weeks and is much less than the classical rhinoplasty operation. Dark circles around the eyes occur very rarely. It is generally not necessary to place an external splint outside of the junk after the procedure. The operation is completed by applying a simple nose bandage only.

In the operation performed on the patient I shared here, only the tip of the nose was reshaped. When viewed from the side, it is seen that the nasal arch still exists. In other words, it is minimally traumatic and its risks are much less than classical rhinoplasty operation.
