Twisted Nose Aesthetic
In patients who do not have asymmetry in the nasal bone and who only have a curvature problem at the tip of the nose, the nasal tip can be asymmetrical with a few simple surgical procedures. In patients with a curved nasal tip, different surgical applications can be performed by using the open technique nose tip aesthetics, correction of the curved cartilages, but equalization of asymmetry cartilages.
In patients with nasal tip twisting due to caudal septum deviation, the asymmetry at the tip of the nose can be eliminated by excision of the curved parts of the caudal septum and preparation of re-supporting cartilage grafts with open technique deviation surgery or open technique nasal tip aesthetic surgery. In patients with severe curvature in the nasal septum, donuts prepared from curved cartilages can be stitched mutually, that is, their own cartilage or their own curvature can be corrected to make the nasal tip symmetrical. There are also sewing methods among the curved nose tip correction procedures. However, after the applications performed to bring the cartilages to the midline, which are made with permanent stitches and cause a curved appearance at the tip of the nose, the re-emergence of the union or tissue reactions due to stitches can be seen in patients with curved nasal tip, all methods other than correcting this by reshaping the cartilages are temporary or may be unnecessary. In patients with severe asymmetry in the cartilages forming the tip of the nose, all anatomical problems may not be solved by surgical procedures. Sometimes, more than one surgical procedure may be required for these patients.
In the above two photographs, there are views before and after the open technique rhinoplasty operation performed on patients with crooked nose deformity.
Problems at the tip of the nose cannot be solved with botox in patients with a curved nose tip.

Crooked Nose Aesthetic With Nasal Valve Surgery
A 28-year-old male patient presented with complaints of nasal deformity and nasal obstruction that developed over time after a nasal trauma in childhood.
The patient's physical examination: "Nostrils are asymmetrical, collapse was observed in the right nasal valve area during breathing, there are different asymmetric areas in the nasal bone and nasal tip (crooked nose deformity was detected), nasal septum is deviated to the left, right inferior turbinate is hypertrophic. The Cottle's maneuver (CM) is positive on the right side".
The operations performed on the patient: Open technique nasal valve surgery + Turbinate radiofrequency reducing + Open technique septorhinoplasty
A natural-looking male nose aesthetic was planned.
The patient's pre- and post-operative images are below:
Crooked Nose Job With Caudal Septoplasty
A 32-year-old female patient presented with a history of nasal trauma after a previous fall, asymmetry in the nostrils, difficulty breathing through the nose, nasal deformity, sleeping with the mouth open, and poor sleep quality. The patient's examination revealed anterior septal dislocation (caudal septum deviation), inferior turbinate hypertrophy, and crooked nose deformity. The patient underwent open technique rhinoplasty + caudal septoplasty + turbinate reduction with radiofrequency. The patient's before and after images and videos are below:
Revision Septorhinoplasty For Treatment of Crooked Nose - Left Alar Collapse
In the photos and videos below, you can find pre- and post-operative images of a patient who had complaints of left alar collapse, nasal deformity and nasal congestion after a rhinoplasty operation performed at another clinic 17 years ago. After the patient's nasal rasping, it was understood that the left upper lateral cartilage was seriously weakened and the left alar lateral cartilage was quite thin. Spreader graft, left alar batten grafts, septal extension graft and cap graft were used in the patient's surgery. A limited amount of alar base resection (alarplasty) was also performed. Septum deviation inside the nose was treated with septoplasty.
