Rhinoplasty Without Breaking The Bone
Again, we performed a limited aesthetic nasal surgery. Nasal dorsal hump reduction operation was performed with the nasal tip aesthetics in the patient seen in the videos and photographs. Instead of having a perfect nose, it was aimed to have a more beautiful nose. The nasal bone was broken. After the "rhinoplasty without bone broken operation" performed in this way, recovery takes place in a much shorter time than classical rhinoplasty operations. In general, there is no serious change in the facial features of the patient and the average operation time is between 60-90 minutes (classical rhinoplasty operation takes around 3 hours). This operation was planned with the request of our patient, whom I shared with you here, to have the slightest possible anatomical trauma and minimal changes. Septoplasty operation and turbinate radiofrequency reduction operations were also performed simultaneously for the treatment of nasal obstruction.
